1. Online-Booking
Booking your room via our website couldn’t be easier. Simply select your travel date, number of guests and desired room category. To confirm the booking, you will be asked to enter your credit card details. Note: your card will not be charged at this stage! You only pay for your room once you arrive, at our check-in machine.
2. Arrival
The B&B at the Glashütte in Bärnbach is situated in the heart of Styria, the region known as the home of the Lipizzan horses. It is approximately 30 minutes by car from Graz Airport. You can also reach the B&B by public transport (bus or train).

3. Access to hotel and car park
You can open the front door with your debit- or credit card. After check-in (from 3 pm), you receive your room card at the check-in-machine, which will give you access to your room and the free parking area. If you should encounter any unexpected technical difficulties, please contact our service hotline: +43 (0) 3142 / 61 500. There are also two free electric charging stations available at the car park.
4. Check-in from 3 to 10 p.m.
Check in using the machine at the entrance from 3 pm to 12 pm. Please follow the instructions on the screen. Finally, you will receive your room card and an invoice with your room number. Rooms become available after 3 pm on the day of arrival. Our staff will be more than happy to help you with this. 5. Cashless payments
You can check in at the vending machine easily and conveniently with the following debit- or credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, Pay V, UnionPay
For all cards a PIN-CODE is required!
Please note that cash payments are not accepted.
6. Stay
Encompassing a Bed+Breakfast, Glass Museum, Mouth-Blown Glassworks, Glass Store, the Glashütte Bärnbach offers an inimitable concept. Be enchanted by the extraordinary architecture, plentiful breakfast and over 200 years of venerable glass-making tradition. The breakfast buffet is open Monday to Friday from 6.30 am to 9.30 am, or Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 7.30 am to 10 am. Our lounge is open daily until midnight. We wish you a wonderful stay!
7. Check-out
Please vacate your room before 10 am on the day of departure. Please leave your room card in the box marked returns to the left of the check-in machine or in the returns box located on the sliding door (inside). The gate will automatically open when you leave. Many thanks!

If you can no longer make your reservation, please be advised of our cancellation terms and conditions. All information relates to the total price.
Up to 30 days before date of travel: 10 %
Between 29 and 20 days before date of travel: 25 %
Between 19 and 10 days before date of travel: 50 %
Between 9 and 4 days before date of travel: 65 %
Up to three days before date of travel: 85 %
